About this event
Taekwondo is one of the most systematic and scientific Korean traditional martial arts. It teaches more than just physical skills but it is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. This one hour Taekwondo meeting will help your body and mind become strong and healthy. It’s also a great opportunity to learn more about Korean culture and language. If you want to improve your body and mind, please come and join us.
Each class has a maximum number or 10 participants.
Each class is 1 hour long.
Classes are FREE but you must SIGN UP.
Bring a yoga mat and a jump rope.
